Key Role and Responsibilities:

????????? Responsible for networking, marketing and generating new insurance sales

????????? Act as a business savvy advocate and provide concierge service to our members??

????????? Respond to customer inquiries and requests with a high sense of urgency

????????? Clearly link the benefits of product features to the customer?s needs


  • Ability to navigate MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated to help members/customers and prospects achieve and maintain their financial goals
  • Strong verbal/written communication including exceptional presentation aptitude?
  • Solid selling and sales process knowledge
  • Ability to build and sustain customer relationships

Work Environment:


????????? Work in a temperature controlled office environment

Willingness and ability to work extended/irregular hours to include weekends/holidays


Required Qualifications (these are the minimum requirements to qualify):

Education (include minimum education and any licensing/certifications):

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Insurance industry training programs a plus
  • Presently hold an active Florida 220-General Lines license or Florida 2044- Personal Lines license or 440-Customer Representative.?
  • In Georgia and Tennessee, hold a Property and Casualty Agent license. ?License must comply with state Continuing Education requirements???
  • Currently hold or successfully attain appropriate State Life Sales license within timeframe designated by ACG, and maintain license as required.

  • Demonstrated sales and marketing success and stability in the insurance business with at least 2 years recent sales experience.?
  • Experience in computer quoting software and e-mail applications.?
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Goal oriented and self-motivated to help members/customers and prospects achieve and maintain their financial goals.?
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation ability.?
  • Solid selling and sales process skills
  • Ability to build a strong customer base.
  • Must be organized with ability to manage time wisely.?

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
