Licensed Community Association Manager
- We are currently hiring for a portfolio LCAM out of our New Port Richey office.
- Salary is based on a number of properties managed (30% of management contract).
- Full support staff of AR, AP, bookkeeping, and administrative assistance.
- EOE, paid holidays, benefits after 90 days, paid vacation after a year.
You must have an active CAM license to be considered.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
