Store Assistant

Busy Central Florida automotive dealerships seek a Store Assistant to join our growing team.
Automobile Dealership experience required
Responsible for multiple dealerships
Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel experience
Reynolds & Reynolds Experience
End of month reconciliations
Daily bank deposits
Responsible for sending out daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting per the GMs and Shared Accounting and others as requested
Process all new hire paperwork in KPA
Update GM, Sales Manager and Service Manager of all required training in KPA weekly
Assist with hiring and supervising receptionists/cashiers; assist with creating receptionist/cashier schedules
Monitor and order office supplies per the individual store PO process
Provide the following schedules weekly:
Warranty, Rebates, AVP, Trade Assist, New and Used Car Inventory, Deposit Schedule, Accounts Receivable, Payoffs
Break down and audit all F&I deals daily and provide funding updates weekly to GM, GSM and F&I
Reconcile petty cash and company credit card; Collect all corporate cards receipts
Keep dealer tag list and audit quarterly
Report all customer or employee accidents to Human Resources Director immediately; employee must complete drug test as soon as possible on same day
Reset and initiate passwords for dealership and dealer websites
Populate pay plan data and forward to Human Resources for approval
Remove all payroll, access and passwords when employees terminate
Book all travel arrangements for employee training (verbally to get group rates)
Have GM or Regional Director approve all incoming mail with a signature; distribute mail
Flexibility and adaptability-- prepared to adapt to new challenges or unexpected obstacles, changing circumstances, and new information while completing tasks in a timely manner with high quality
Other skills needed:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
