As a Housekeeper/Laundry, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the hotels establishment.
Your role will involve performing a range of cleaning tasks, laundry duties, and providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Perform general housekeeping tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms,bedrooms, and common areas - Make beds and change linens - Wash, dry, fold, and iron laundry - Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages - Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing their needs and concerns - Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping management, custodial work, or related field is preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness - Excellent communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Familiarity with hotel cleaning procedures is an asset Note:
