Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage care for patients, ensuring they receive appropriate medical services and resources - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans - Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' needs and identify any barriers to care - Monitor and track patient progress, making adjustments to care plans as necessary - Serve as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies - Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and available resources - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, healthcare professionals, and insurance companies - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple patient cases and prioritize tasks - Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and adherence to care plans - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures - Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems Note:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
