We have 2 successful locations in Fort Myers and this would be our first small business venture outside of that city.
We are looking for someone who is responsible and able to push sales and problem solve any customer concerns or issues.
We focus on the customer experience as there are many other smoke shops but none like ours in terms of experience.
Duties - Greet customers and assist them with their purchases - Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions - Scan and bag items accurately - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Assist with stock replenishment and product demos as needed Skills To excel in this role, you should have the following skills:
- Experience operating a cash register - Bilingual skills (preferred) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to provide excellent customer service - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Knowledge of phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries - Ability to sell and upsell appropriate products - Familiarity with all products sold If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
