6K a year 14 days ago 14 days ago 14 days ago Duties - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails - Check identification to verify legal drinking age - Maintain a clean and organized bar area - Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication - Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately using a cash register - Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints Requirements - Previous experience as a bartender or in the food service industry is preferred - Knowledge of drink recipes and cocktail mixing techniques - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures - Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously - Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus - Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change - Familiarity with the food industry regulations and health codes - Excellent sales skills to upsell drinks and promote specials Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
