The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills for effectively monitoring the school's daily operations.
They will implement and enforce policies and protocols that ensure a safe and educational environment for young children, manage the teaching staff, develop curricula in coordination with teachers, and communicate with parents.
We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of young children and their families, while effectively and efficiently running all School operations Qualifications Director's Credential with VPK Endorsement Strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations Lead teaching experience in a preschool classroom Current CPR and Basic First Aid Certification Early Childhood Education director:
2 years (Required) Must communicate well with both adults and children Responsibilities The preschool director is responsible for the supervision, management, and quality of all aspects of the preschool program, the director oversees the day-to-day operations of the preschool while demonstrating exceptional professional conduct and consideration for the educational development, safety, and welfare of the children and staff.
Supervise and perform administrative operations of the preschool, including registration, school calendar, scheduling of staff and programs, attendance, and evaluation of children.
Recruit, supervise and evaluate staff, mentor preschool staff, oversee staff orientation and development, and comply with local and state licensing requirements Job Type:
