Overview of Primary Job Duties:
Pull Electrical Service Permits in various counties Prepare and record Notice of Commencement, if needed Prepare Notice to Owner, if needed Answer all Service calls and assist customer with troubleshooting of problem before scheduling Weekly Service Billing and Follow up on A/R for Service Billing Schedule Service Inspections, Check results of Service Inspections Schedule Service appointments Schedule power shut down with Power Company Set up New Service Customer and Prepare Files Service filing Schedule Estimates for Service Manager Track all Service Electricians daily schedule Calculate and Collect COD charges Cover for other Admin employees when absent Some Marketing and keeping social media accounts up to date Requirements:
Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook Electrical knowledge is a plus AAA Electrical Contractors, Inc.
