Applicants must be able to accurately document information in the patient's electronic health record.

The Medical Office Customer Service's responsibilities include providing amazing customer service to patients and maintaining proper business and patient records.
This includes answering multi-phone line system, monitoring incoming calls, transferring calls and messages to proper departments, appointment scheduling, confirming upcoming patient appointments, preparation and maintenance of current patient information, and other general office and administrative duties as assigned.
The Position:
Answering multiple phone calls and scheduling appointments Ensuring all patient data is entered, updated accurately and correctly Creating new patient profiles and entering demographics Patient Communication:
creating telephone encounters and email inquiries Manage email communication Admin tasks:
Manages filing, scanning, shredding, faxing, copying, mailing Confirming patient appointments Requirements:
Superior customer service skills and great personality Minimum 2 years' experience in multi-call center, preferable medical practice Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), scanner, fax machine, copy machine, multiple phone lines, internet applications and tools Works well in a small team and ready to jump-in to get the job done Quick learner who adapts well to any situation Friendly demeanor and prompt response to customer needs and requests for service and assistance Ability to multi-task and demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness Proficient in Electronic Medical Record systems; eClinicalWorks experience a plus Must be available to work M-F 8am-5pm.
(40 hours/week).
Rotation Saturdays.
