00/hr Responsibilities - Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of the commercial shopping centers - Porter trash around center and replace bags in cans - Operate power tools and equipment for groundskeeping tasks - Travel to various properties throughout the work day Must Haves -Valid drivers license with good driving record Plusses - Previous experience in groundskeeping or related field - Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in groundskeeping - Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work - Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions Note:
